拉脫維亞Kamēr合唱團
Youth Choir “Kamēr…”, Latvia

Kamēr合唱團透過委託創作建立其特有風格:2008年《世界太陽之歌》(World Sun Songs)、2010年《愛之牧歌》(Madrigals of Love)、2012年《月亮之歌》(Moon Songs),以及2014年《琥珀之歌》(Amber Songs),因此與Sir John Tavener、Giya Kancheli、Sven-David Sandström、Leonid Desyatnikov、John Luther Adams、Stephen Leek、Dobrinka Tabakova、松下耕、Eriks Ešenvalds、Pēteris Vasks等世界知名作曲家合作立下佳績。

該團所演唱的原創作品以及許多經典合唱作品幾乎都已錄製成專輯CD,也在iTune販售。

Kamēr合唱團藉由加強聲樂品質與業餘歌手特有的情感釋放,成就了其特有的音質與表演風格。

Since its foundation by Māris Sirmais in 1990 Youth Choir Kamēr... has shaped its unique signature and quality and is one if the leading amateur Choirs in the world. Over this time the choir has won numerous awards and charmed audiences un different continents.

 Based in Riga, Latvia the two-time European Grand Prix winner is a great example of Latvian choral music tradition and is well renowned for its nuanced performances including programs of classical and baroque music, traditional folk music, as well as contemporary world and Latvian music.

 Kamēr… has developed its signature style with programs specially commissioned for the choir: World Sun Songs (2008), Madrigals of Love (2010), Moon Songs (2012) and Amber Songs (2014), which has brought to successful cooperation with world-renowned composers as Sir John Tavener, Giya Kancheli, Sven-David Sandström, Leonid Desyatnikov, John Luther Adams, Stephen Leek, Dobrinka Tabakova, Ko Matsushita, Eriks Ešenvalds, Pēteris Vasks among others.

 Almost all of the choir's original music as well as various choral classics in the choir's repertoire have been recorded in a series of CDs available also in iTunes.

 Kamēr... has perfectioned its unique sound characteristics and performance by empowering both vocal quality and emotional surrender, a characteristic of amateur singers.

Jānis Liepiņš, conductor


該團首席指揮兼音樂總監亞尼斯・利耶賓許(1988年生),自2006年便參與Kamēr合唱團擔任助理指揮,於2012年正式擔任指揮。曾就讀里加Dome合唱學院,並於拉脫維亞Jāzeps Vītols音樂學院取得合唱與交響樂團指揮雙學士學位。利耶賓許亦曾參與Colin Metters大師班習得許多重要技巧,並赴德國柏林交換學習接受Lutz Köhler指導。

 在這位年輕指揮的帶領下,Kamēr合唱團於2012年在匈牙利Debrecen舉辦的巴爾托克國際合唱比賽贏得兩項分組冠軍以及總冠軍。這次優異成績讓該團受邀參與2013年於義大利Arezzo舉辦的歐洲合唱大獎賽,再度大放異彩。由於上述佳績,加上與拉脫維亞國家交響樂團、Liepāja交響樂團以及里加交響樂團初次合作的傑出表現,利耶賓許獲頒拉脫維亞音樂大獎之「2013年青年音樂家」殊榮。

 2014年起擔任拉脫維亞國家芭蕾歌劇團指揮,在他流暢的手勢帶領之下,完成了《茶花女》、《女巫舞者 / 強尼・史基基》、《雷蒙達》、《蝙蝠》、《卡門》等多齣歌劇。

 

The principal conductor and artistic director of the choir, Jānis Liepiņš (1988) has worked with Kamēr... since 2006, he first worked as the assistant conductor before taking the lead role in 2012. He has studied at the Department of Conducting of the Riga Dome choir school and earned two bachelor’s degrees – in choral and symphonic conducting – at Jāzeps Vītols Latvian Academy of Music. Liepiņš also obtained valuable skills in masterclasses by Colin Metters and during his exchange studies in Berlin under Lutz Köhler. Under the baton of the young maestro, Kamēr... was named the champion of two categories and won the Grand Prix of the Bela Bartock International Choir Competition in 2012 in Debrecen, Hungary. This victory led to an invitation to the European Grand Prix for Choral Singing in 2013 where the choir again triumphed in Arezzo, Italy.

In recognition of these achievements and his successful debuts with the Latvian National Symphony orchestra, Liepāja Symphony orchestra and chamber orchestra Sinfonietta Rīga, Jānis Liepiņš was awarded the Latvian Great Music Award as the New Artist of 2013. Since 2014, he is also a conductor at the Latvian National Opera and Ballet, where his smooth gestures have unified performance of Il TrovatoreLe Villi/ Gianni SchicchiRaimondaDie FledermausCarmen and more.
